Every residence is a smart home built around you — ambient sensing, circadian lighting, air and water quality, all tuned continuously. No wearables, no tests, no interruption.
Quantum Technology
Two complementary technologies sit at the centre of the campus — one that listens, one that responds. Both are non-invasive, take minutes, and require nothing more than resting your hands.
01 — Quantum Scanning
You rest your hands on the sensor plate. The system reads the body's bioelectrical response across hundreds of markers and returns a structured profile — energy balance, stress load, and the systems drifting furthest from their optimum.
02 — Super Tuning Plasma
Guided by the scan, a plasma field is tuned to the frequencies your profile calls for. You recline with headphones while the session runs — most people describe it as deeply restful. Light and sound protocols run alongside it.

Every residence is fitted with Crystal Water — a five-stage system built around a single idea: bring the purity and vitality of a pristine Norwegian mountain stream directly into the home.
Crystal Water brings the character of an untouched Norwegian stream into the residence. It runs without electricity, sits as a design object rather than an appliance, and ends the cycle of buying, hauling and discarding plastic bottles.
The HydroTech™ Experience
Gentle airing through custom nozzles releases trapped gases, clarifying taste and restoring freshness.
Water is spun through a mini vortex, replicating the structural movement of mountain streams.
Flows through mineral-rich natural crystals for a smoother, more rounded flavour profile.
Norwegian quartz sand and premium carbon extract impurities, chlorine and microplastics.
A final pass through quartz and soft magnetic fields locks in clarity before the tap.

Advanced trichology and skin diagnostics led by Mark Birch, with therapeutic-grade formulations developed alongside them. Internal VISIA imaging has recorded skin-age reductions of 3–6 years over 8–12 weeks.
